Confederation of Developer Entities

an endeavour to consolidate efforts of the stakeholders for a successful implementation of the Land Pooling Policy

What & Why's of Land Pooling

Since Land acquisition has become a cumbersome process, Land Pooling is the only way forward in Delhi to acknowledge the housing needs of the growing population while curbing the mushrooming of unauthorized colonies within the capital .

PPP Model

Public-Private partnership model adopted under the policy is the best way to ensure development of future-ready smart sub-cities.

No Dispute

Since it eliminates the need for land acquisition, it allows for equal opportunities for all and eradicates the possibility of a future dispute.

The policy has gone through detailed planning on all fronts for ensuring sustainable growth and development in the chosen zones.

ABOUT US

Confederation of Developer Entities (CDE) is a registered, non-profitable organization, created by the individuals / organizations interested in the successful implementation of the Land Pooling Policy by the consolidation of the resources and the stakeholders under this one umbrella.

The forum will help farmers, societies and all other interested stakeholders to take advantage of the policy and to overcome the challenges thrown in by the technicalities of the amended policy.

We will also be working towards promoting the objectives of Land Pooling Policy and to raise awareness on the subject among the general public, farmers and other stakeholders.

We aim to provide a common platform to all its members to share their concerns and queries and to collectively look for solutions to them.

Also, as was raised by the DDA via notices in a number of newspapers, there was a need for catering to concerns regarding people/organizations indulged in unethical practices on the name of the DDA and/or the Land Pooling Policy. The forum will be working with governmental/ non-governmental organizations to identify and to help in weeding out of such entities and in streamlining of the process of the genuine groups.

We warmly welcome all the entities interested in being part of the Land Pooling Policy, who are not indulged in any unethical practices, to join us:
